Phenix TL-2 manufactured 06/2019. Only worn in a few fires and mostly stored as a back up helmet. Brand new suspension installed and shroud. Holes pre-drilled in for Bourkes and one hole drilled in front to fit my department issued shield. Besides that minor scratches and no damage.
